Unfortunately, the breakfast service was quite chaotic, with long wait times for orders despite the number of staff present.

Our check-in was stressful. we arrived early and felt completely abandoned without a welcome drink. Additionally, the noise from the kitchen and laundry next to our original room was unbearable, making it impossible to relax. Even after being moved, I was frustrated that a pool table we enjoyed earlier had disappeared, truly a disappointing experience.

During our stay, we were thrilled with the unique blend of tranquility and accessibility, being just a short walk to the town. The heated swimming pool was a definite highlight, allowing us to unwind while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Tepoztlán. We had dinner in the garden, which was not only visually stunning but also featured delicious food at reasonable prices. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of choices that catered to different tastes, making our mornings delightful.

The Superior Suite was spacious and super clean. The bed was really comfy, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The bathroom was bright and had nice toiletries. Overall, a lovely place to relax, but the view alone made it extra special. Just a heads up—avoid Room 8 if you want a quieter experience, as it’s near the kitchen and can get noisy.

I loved my stay here, as it offered beautiful boutique accommodations and was right in the heart of Tepoztlán, making it effortless to stroll to nearby attractions like the Ex Convento Dominico de la Natividad, which is only a 10-minute walk away and perfect for sightseeing lovers like me.

This was an excellent fit for a short break in Tepoztlan with the best value for money ratio. The staff was super friendly, and the views from the breakfast area were amazing. Make sure to check out the beautiful gardens during your stay.

We truly loved our stay! The staff really went above and beyond, especially when they helped us plan a special dinner at the restaurant. Karen was amazing, really attentive to our needs. The views were spectacular from every angle. We spent a lot of our time at the pool, and even though it was winter, it felt just right. Plus, the garden area for meals was gorgeous, it really added to the whole experience.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, worth it for the views and service.
